I sent a box full of assorted stuff, jewellery, some silver bits and pieces, an old lighter and cigarette case. and silver plate items etc etc. I would never have bothered to sell these things individually. I did wrap up every single item and put my address inside the box as well. I didn't expect too much, so was delighted with the offer they made me. I have now sent off another box of similar items. I received a text the next day to say it has been received and they were giving it their attention. I am very with Vintage Cash Cow so far!!! They were things I would never have bothered to sell

Applied to sell my unused camera equipment which was 2 camera bodies, 5 lenses, filters and chargers and batteries. Advice pack arrived in good time and on sending equipment I was kept informed as to when it arrived. I declined the offer and my equipment was returned well packaged. The only disappointment was I was offered £37 in total. Today I sold it all at an independent camera shop for £200.

They recieved my box, with my mother's antique silver on 1st Feb and I still have not had an offer. My email has gone unanswered and the telephone number is not recognised. I am afraid this might be a scam.

Very disappointed in the price for two small Victorian Carriage clocks from named makers, and two sterling silver goblets, hallmarked 1937. Items given the okay on my courtesy call. Offered £30, and the woman said that they would have returned the carriage clocks as they were not interested in them! I just wanted to be finished with them, so waiting for the £30 to hit my bank account. This was a trial run, because I have more expensive items, like my 18ct gold Omega, and wanted to see how fair they were before sending them more expensive things.. I shall stick with eBay.now.

Please be wary of this company as they scammed me out of my hard-earned money and even accessed my bank account without my knowledge, resulting in serious financial consequences. I was simply trying to improve my life through investment, but this company ruined it. They should be investigated and shut down. I was lucky enough to get help from Doris Ashley, who quickly and effectively assisted me in recovering my lost funds. Would put a zero star award but can’t . Offered £52 for a box of cameras one of the cameras was sold recently on eBay for £260 the lesser one £220. Had also two small video camera digital cameras two top range bio oculars and several other cameras including a vintage one worth minimum £120 also lenses and filters and memory cards ets included expected a bit of a knockdown to sell the lot as one. Let’s see if I get it back. Happened to mention I had a list of contents and pictures of contents. Robbing con artists

Sent box to them containing solid silver too many items to mention .. gold watches etc box received by them email confirmation months later nothing now advised lost box and offered £80 looks like it’s solicitors for me beware!!!!

DON'T fall for it. Very poor offers for your valuables. It took me weeks to get through to someone about very poor customer service ie not answering the phone, saying they are closed during openings times or replying to emails. The person I contacted did sort it out quickly but it shouldn't have got that far!! Give your valuables to a charity rather than lining their pockets

Sent items to value a week later recieved a letter informing me they were not interested, when my parcel was returned half my items were missing, rang customer service, who said they would pass complaint on and I would hear within 7 days, still waiting after numerous phone calls and over a 6 weeks later

Your company lost a parcel and has been contacted with no avail, your company is responsible for this parcel you have breached your own company policy so what you are doing lost parcels is fraud as there has been no corporation on from your company by dragging your heals on the problem it needs to be sorted by doing right by your customers I hope someone looks into your company further because your company is wrong and justice be given back to your customers

Extremely poor customer service 3 times I have requested labels for free valuation and also emailed with no response ? I keep getting emails about i only have so many days that I can use 1st lot of labels i haven't even received? So I put my items into auction and received a fair price for my items.poor show cash cow I certainly wouldn't use your so called best services or recommend you to a friend
