“The slipper were not a good as I'd hoped. The arch is very high and uncomfortable, and the fabric is slippery. The new pair replaced a old pair purchased a few years ago, the new pair are very disappointing.”

“I bought 3 different pairs of vionic sandals. They are stylish, comfortable and supportive. I ordered using my measurements and the size guide. I find they are a very large fit and would have preferred a size below.”

Hey Robyn, We apologise that you're disappointed with your recent shoe purchase. But we're pretty sure we can offer an explanation for this. With our shoes, we always recommend giving them a few days to adjust to the level of support offered. It can take time to get used to Vionic's Vio-Motion Support system and we're sorry that it took you by surprise. This isn't the case with all of our shoes however, and we are guessing that your first pair was a little softer (perhaps slippers or sneakers?). Even if we've completely missed the mark here, we hope by now you have adjusted to the level of support and are now loving your now shoes.

“While the sandals I purchased are very very comfortable indeed, they look too wide and too chunky. I should have bought one size smaller.”

“Great looking shoes and very supportive but the heel design is very bad - both the inside of the heels and the edge of the heel rub and dig into your feet so badly. Worst blisters I’ve had in a long time, even after 5+ wears. Not what I expected from such good quality shoes.”
