“I ordered a paid of slippers on Dec 1 24, that werent suitable. Since i have tried a reach someone on the 1800 they have listed (noone ever answers) and email, several times to no avail for 2 weeks!!! in a 30 day free return perion. Worst retail experience i have has for a very long time. Beware: if you need to refund your product likely you will be in the same spot.”

Hey Nada, We're sorry that you had this experience with Vionic. Normally we pride ourselves on our Customer Service, but unfortunately this time around you caught us in a bit of a "perfect storm". We don't want to make excuses, but we hope we can explain our position. The time of year you first got in touch with us is when many staff go on leave. On top of this we migrated email platforms and many requests were lost in that transition. It is unfortunate you were swept up in this but we promise that this isn't usually the case. “Dreadful quality and appalling customer service - first set of shoes fell apart in 2 weeks and because I bought them from a retailer was given a store credit - used the credit and paid an additional amount for another pair of shoes and these were falling apart when I received them!!! Response - you can have a store credit. As if I want to buy another pair of these overpriced, not fit for purpose shoes.”

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products so we find this feedback very troubling. Rest assured, we have brought up this issue with our manufacturing, warehouse and management teams to ensure this doesn’t happen again. It is an unfortunate case, but regrettably as you’ve made the purchase through a third-party seller we’re up against the wall regarding what we can do to help. This is due to the fact that it is the third-party that has received the funds and not us, so we have nothing to refund you. If you would like to pursue this option we would recommend reaching out to the third-party. That being said, we can say rather confidently that lightning doesn’t strike three times. As mentioned, we pride ourselves on the quality of our footwear and we would love for you to use the store credit provided for us to prove it. We set out making footwear to go above and beyond what else is available on the market and it truly goes against our mission that at this particular occasion we have failed. “Very pretty shoes but too long for my foot and can’t even get in them because they are insufficiently wide even on the loosest setting of the closure. V disappointed 😔”
