Absolutely awful now used to use a lot never again take your order and payment then create a postage label but don’t dispatch your items had to open case with PayPal for refund

What went wrong was I ordered my cat food (3 bags) before
8am on Monday morning. It is now Thursday and nothing has
arrived. They use DPD who have sent me an email saying that
this will be delivered Thursday. I rung them up and they said
it would arrive Friday. Purchased twice before without any problems.
I have had to purchase 3 bags of cat foods elsewhere as my cats
need feeding, This Company really has a bad attitude when you call
them. Sorry isnt good enough. They probably havent even sent it.
I would like a full refund but I doubt if they will, as they are obviously
not on the level !!!!!!!!

Been waiting since 29/12 for my dog’s prescription medicine. Already purchased a weeks supply to tide me over as the order still hasn’t been delivered. I have called them tons of times but only got to speak to someone 3 times. I was given a £10 refund for the inconvenience. Now have to go and get another weeks supply from my vets 😡😞 I am wondering if I should complete a PayPal dispute? I am starting to panic now!

Usually they are quick to dispatch but ordered on 12 dec knowing I had a weeks supply left, website showed all in stock, over a week later I was emailed to advise 1 item out of stock, I edited order and got refund, hoping would then be dispatched.

Delivered a mouldy dog food order to me which I poured straight into my large dog food bin with other foods purchased from elsewhere, I didn't realise the entire bag of food they supplied was covered in black mould until I'd mixed it in - I asked for a refund of the food they supplied which was a bit of a pain getting back and also asked to provide me redress of £23 for food that was already in there - you'd think I've asked for the Crown Jewels the way they have carried on, its £23 to keep a brand new customer happy, I could have lied and said it was much more but as an honest customer I laid out the facts to them, the principle here is that firms who cause customers financial loss should do what they can to put it right.
