Customer Service - Bad

No reply, over a month. Stolen money? What steps are due now to alert police authorities and get refund or perfume deliver? Used to be an excellent service but now website down. Any advice welcome

I contacted their costumer service but their reply is that there is a custom problem , it migh hold for a while but not more 2 months and they should take action with these kind of issue with the custom, they are also not giving the tracking number even I asked them for a lot of times.

I placed an order since 31 March. It’s been 3 months now and no delivery. Customer service is very poor. The phone numbers are fake. be careful, they will take your money and you will not get anything. I think fraud squad should be alerted

More than 50 days and still showing not shipped Communication on WhatsApp with their Customer Service, they are rude, not providing correct info. Several promises to ship and still never shipped

Bad company and bad service now almost 3 months and still i didnt receive my order. The order was on 23 of feb and today 11 of may . When i contact them in whatsapp they always give a same answer that the shipment will reach soon and they refuse to return my money. Please everyone read this dont buy from this company.

worst customer service ever. I have ordered 3 perfumes since a month and still did not get them. I contacted customer services on watsapp they have an attitude all the time. they do not send you a tracking link to track your order. I beleive I wont have my order delivered at all. I am wondering how this company is allowed to work

Stay away from this company if you read this, it’s my first time purchasing from an online store blindly without checking if it is a legitimate company or not and now I pay toll, they have raised all the red flags in my book from the terrible service to the even worse customer service where they either don’t reply for days or just copy paste what they wrote before with missed up grammar and it seems even if I received it (hopefully this year) all the other reviewers say that these are fake perfumes, so once again do yourself a favor and stay away from these SCAMS.
