I just wanted to share some positive feedback regarding the support I received today. I was having trouble seeing the contact number for Surprice, as it was showing up like this: +****4444, with the middle digits hidden. Because of that, I couldn’t get in touch with them directly. Christina from your support team was incredibly helpful. She called them for me and managed to change the pick-up time of my rental car without any issues. I really appreciate her efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Another company forgot to inform us that the car wasn't available, so we ended up with VIP Cars at the last minute. They were very helpful and cooperative, allowing us to reserve a good car at the last minute. They also called back promptly to let us know they'd found a good alternative. The 24/7 chat service desk was also very helpful. I'm very positive about this company.
