I ordered once and they automatically sign me for a 25\u00a3 a month vine bank without consent. Absolute scammers and the emails didn\u2019t stop coming, plus they are rude never ever look at what you email them just trying to sell more. I was upset because my delivery was delayed for days and they didn\u2019t care. Avoid this company go for something local Majestic same vines better prices, helpful team support. Now I need to see how I can recover my money for something I didn\u2019t subscribe\u2026.I attached a phot of them telling me that I should\u2019ve read the terms where it says they are signing you to a automatic direct debit without you agreement"

Nowhere does it state this in there terms and conditions so it is a deceptive way of locking people into a contract .\r\nPlease note Bottom terms on this voucher which clearly states you are not obliged to buy more wine but what actually happens is you are enrolled into their wine club which means you contributing a regular \u2018monthly savings plan\u2019 to put towards purchasing wine .\r\nVery deceptive ."
