“I am very disappointed that I can only print off by having to use several cartridges of ink. Half the page is solid black. I learn best by printing off and being able to read like a book so I can absorb it better and quicker. All other e learning things I have done I have been able to do this and wish now I had gone to a different site where some of my colleagues have been able to print easily. I chose you because you are local to me but now wish I hadn't. Can you please provide me with a way I can print off without this problem. I need this certificate by Thursday 8th September. ??????
