“Information was given out clearly. I liked the audio switch on/off element and the notes page. The printable certificate at the end was not ideal as we were doing the course on laptops with no printer. We could not save the link so we had to contact Virtual College to be sent PDFs of the certificates by email. The person I spoke to was however quick to recognise the problem and responded quickly to send me just the email I needed and was very friendly.”
