“I found the course very simple and easy to use , I particularly enjoyed the animation as I found the training easier to follow. I completed the course on Friday evening and my certificate arrived on Tuesday morning which I thought was really effective. I would definitely use the site again in the future ,”

“I recommend to use virtual college for awarding level 2 safety and hygiene for catering. It is well organised and I found very easy to memorise the information. I passed the test at the first trial.”

“Once the course online has been completed and you submit the feedback there is no direction to what happens next. For example if you paid for printing and postage it could say congratulations we will now finalise tour certificate and it will be posted out 1st class next day delivery... so on. For dyslexic users the choice of fonts and colour backgrounds To have the ability to change the voices to male female or adjust tones. A digital copy of the final certificate should be made available on PDF for duplicate printing. Also the option for more than one coloir photocopy to be sent out on standatd paper.”

“Very clear comprehensive instruction, particularly liked that you aren't required to complete it all in one sitting and it was very easy to return to. Course also entertainingly illustrated which helps to maintain interest . Actually enjoyed the challenges and found the course enjoyable.”
