“Really informative, well put together course which was easy to follow. Covered everything you needed to know for Level 2 and learning was reinforced as you went through the modules. Enjoyed it and would highly recommend.”

“I needed to have this course under my belt, quickly and without fuss or delay. This course achieved all of those aim and I would consider using again for me and my staff. Thank you for excellent materials which were easy to follow and allowed me to complete the course at times and at a pace to suit my circumstances.”

“When doing the final exam it would be helpfull if when you get an answer wrong the correct answer was shown at the end.”

“I found the course very easy to follow and very informative with information that will help me to progress in starting up my own catering project. Each step guided me through the stages. i also enjoyed the challenges and questions which helped to prepare me for the final assessment at the end of the modules. overall the course was excellent and i hope to maybe enjoy doing another course that is food related at a later date. Thank you”
