“Everything about this course made it a pleasure to use, everything is clear from the start, the course can be done at your own pace so that you have the time to take in what you are learning. Much of food hygiene is common sense but there is so much more to know, completing this course taught me much and enabled me to obtain 100% pass. Thank you to those that compiled such a good course.”

“The course is very easy to understand and tells all the person training needs to know about the legislation and laws, and also how to be safe preparing and cooking food. It is also so good you can do it online, and log in and out, so you do not have to sit for the whole session. I am really pleased with the overall course and the cost of it.”
