“I took the Level 2 food hygiene course online. It was easy to navigate and I was delighted that I could print my certificate straight after I took the test. They say the course can take two hours but it took me five and a half hours (Though I a m slow learner). However, I could stop and start at any time so I did it over two days, during the weekend. Being a single full time mum this was perfect for me.”
