“It was a very interactive course which I enjoyed. It made learning about Food Hygiene a lot more easier on a Monday morning. The fact that there was no time limit was also good as I was distracted with work tasks and could go back to learning when I had chance.”

“very clear instructions through each module. gives you the option to listen to someones voice as well as read whats going on. the option to be able to log out and carry on at a later time was also good for me.”

“Really easy to access , and I didnt need to use the helpline once. As my IT skills are awful this is quite significant. Very clear content presented with humour. Subject matter in parts totally new to me but presented in appropriately sized chunks.”
