“I did C&G accredited training [and those of you who look at online packages will know how seldom you can get certification worth the paper it is printed on] using a self paced course that was well designed and easy to follow. I realised there was also an amazing amount of information packed in. The assessment too consisted of randomly chosen multiple choice questions, some of which required you to have paid close attention. I opted to receive a printed certificate and this arrived in the next first class post.”

“The course was easy to follow, I could choose which module I wanted to do in whatever order. It was written in plain English and I especially liked the voice over. It helped me get into learning mode as I felt I was in a classroom. I did not feel rushed to do it within a specific time frame and I was delighted to pass first time with a score of 93%. I would certainly recommend the virtual college to others and would use it again myself in the future.”

“The courses definitely help me to keep my team certificated in Food Safety. I am a qualified trainer and find this a very user friendly tool. The system is cost effective and I can set each team member up on a computer and leave them to work through with me on standby for support if necessary.”
