“The information was presented in an interesting way and it was helpful to be able to check how much had been understood at the end of each section. It was easy to go back over pages when necessary and good that you could stop for a break and save the progress made. Nearly made a mistake in the assessment because I went back to the information page at the beginning and then realized that I had used one of my chances to take the test even though I hadn't started answering any questions. Luckily I did well and didn't have to retake the test. In a pen and paper test you are only given a grade, but with this assessment you could see straightaway whether your answer was correct, and what you needed to revisit.”

“Found it easy to log on and off and do it in stages. Easy to follow and lots of step by steps instructions if you was'nt sure what to do. Also could do the course from your home without going out at night, if you have a small family.”

“Was frustrated before starting as needed to instal a new adobe reader then was not aware what my username was when logging in so had to use the 'forgotten your password' system to find it out via email - which delayed starting for a considerable amount of time. Once started though, all went well.”

“The food hygiene course was informative and thorough and in bite size (excuse the pun) sections which you could dip into and out of at leisure, without losing any of the work you had already done. A very good course, took about 4 hours to complete, and a well presented certificate which I printed off once passed. Passed with 99%”
