“Very good course with easy to follow & understand. Simple graphics that didn't overpower the presentation meaning your interest was with the information not the artistry. Good that you were made to open all information and unable to take shortcuts. Will be enrolling for other course in the future”

“Content and layout of the course was excellent. I did have a problem at times with the website freezing. I left a message on the help line out of working hours and was most impressed by the prompt response from the team the following day and appreciated the advice given. Thank you. “It was very handy for me to be able to take this course in my own time, at work. I was in the middle of my exam when a customer came in and had to leave the exam open, I was worried that it would time out and i'd have to start again but was hugely relieved that it was still on screen. A completed the course over 3 days, again, it was great to be able to leave it and come back to it at a convenient time. In the future if I need to be taking any other courses, I will be looking here first.”
