“Buyer Beware! I have had a subscription for the Genius kcups for years. 4 boxes for 60 days. Should have received them beginning of May. Did not and my subscription disappeared from my account! How does a company do business this way? I ended up ordering 3 boxes for 60 days because the price went up substantially, May 20. Apparently that was why they deleted my subscription! It is now June 3 and now being told they don’t know when it will ship. I am so angry that they didn’t inform me their price was going up and have no idea when I will receive it. Will be looking for another company to do business with!”

“I don’t really do reviews but this one I’ll do since it’s pricey. Received the coffee yesterday, I got the Boost one. I tried today but not satisfied no taste of coffee at all as if it just gives a color on the water and a good smell.”
“I ordered three bags of coffee. They were charged to my bank account. I never received them. When I track the shipment it shows they were never delivered yet I can’t get a response from Vita Cup. I’ve protested the charged with my bank.”

“I drink only decaf since having a heart issue about a year ago. When I saw your ad, I thought I would try the decaf and get some regular for my wife. But the decaf was just awful! It didn’t even taste like coffee. I will be sending it all back.”
