I'm giving four rather than five for a reason that is largely my own fault. They advised me to have proper photography done, I ignored it and used pictures off my phone, and the site looked flat for three months until I paid a photographer and had them swapped over. Take the photography advice.”

It's built for a phone first, which is right, because that's where nearly all my visitors come from. Only reason it's four stars is there's a bit of homework at the start I hadn't allowed for, maybe an hour on the phone talking through what I do. Not much, but I'd skimmed the email and it caught me out.”

In fairness that's on me for changing my mind partway through. Four stars rather than five for that one thing.”
