My experience with Vivo was a nightmare. For weeks, I tried to contact anyone from Vivo by several means when they did not cancel my account as I requested, before I left Brazil. I kept receiving bills every month for something I did not use. Their customer service is awful. 1) Vivo does not provide any customer service telephone number if you want to contact them outside Brazil. 2) Vivo does not have a customer service email address for contact with a real agent. 3) The chat in the Vivo app does not provide the means to chat with a live agent. 4) Vivo does not provide the means to cancel an account from their app. Therefore, if you are outside Brazil and have any issues or questions, you are not able to reach anyone. How is this possible in this day and age if Vivo is a telecommunications company? Beware if you ever make the mistake to have an account with them.

Absolute WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. Was locked out of my SIM and asked for help. For over 3(!!) Weeks now they havent replied to my text and the customer service form has not been working. All this time I am not able to get into my phone

Fabulous products, sugarfree and incredibly healthy. The customer service is amazing. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
