“I ordered a product on 20th July there was no update after receiving money after 10 days I sent a mail which they acknowledged but no response and finally to my luck they sent the parcel which the pack inside was so much damaged and was plastered with tape looked like used one lucky I didn't lose money”

“One of the worst experiences in online shopping. Even team leader has no authority in this organization. I had ordered folding laptop table 0n 5th June. I did not get any response inspite of multiple phone calls and mails. Finally in one of the call, vle bazaar changed delivery status to priority on 16th Jun. Even after this change in delivery status, product was not delivered till 5th Jul. All the assurances given by vle bazaar were not met hence finally I called up credit card service provider and asked them to reverse my transaction. HDFC credit card team supported well and agreed to reverse transaction after providing all the proofs of this transaction. Smart guys will never ever order from this online shopping company.”
