“I had ordered headphones on 28th April,2024. But I did not get it even after the stipulated period stated in their mail. Time and again I sent reminders to them but the only reply I got was that i will receive my product in 3 or 4 working days but nothing was received and they did not respond to my telephone call made to their customer service number provided in the online site. Again today I sent mail stating that since it's nearly one month and I have not received the order, I want to cancel my order. I got a reply with a new mobile number +91 76692 04757 in which I called. One Mr. Rishikesh picked up the phone and I told him abt my request for cancellation. He was very helpful and assured me that I would get the refund within 7 working days. I was bit apprehensive about it but he assured me that I will get my refund back at the earliest. And today itself I got the refund. Thank you Mr. Rishikesh for helping me and refunding the amount.”
