“Their strategy is to list most popular but high value products at a lower price than big players like Flipkart or Amazon. Offer you huge discount coupons. This way they tempt you to order. There is big announcement for cash on delivery (trying to convince buyers that they are not stealing your money) but there is no option when you check out. Once you pay using credit/debit cards or UPI, there is no way you can cancel the order nor can you reach their customer care (they still say "Sorry due to coronavirus we are under-staffed). I have my orders pending to be delivered despite 10 days having passed. Another strategy is to send you small ticket items l(ike Rs 400 to 1000 worth), thereby winning your trust, but once you order Rs 5000 and above then they are untraceable. I strongly suggest buyers to read comments on their posts in their Facebook pages and in twitter handles, to check how my comments here are validated by other buyers who were cheated like i was.”
