This website will stall you forever, so you meed to call your bank from which you paid the money and ask for chargeback , tell them what happened everything correctly and the will raise the request for money reversal. Contacf 'razorpay' website and raise dispute with transaction id as chargeback. In some days i promise your money will be back.”

“Bought DELL LATITUDE PREMIUM 90W LAPTOP AC ADAPTER AND BATTERY CHARGER on 26 April 2021, received on 2 May : Item stopped working , I worked as solution achitect in Dell Technologies USA , their product is a copy and not original . Inside all parts are local low quality , earth wire missing. wires are not soldered but taped , 3 pin plug , only two wires , heat sink is metal plate :( . side plates , product becomes extremely hot after 30 minutes of use . It is not original product as there is a paper lable . Priced at original brand with a misleading picture on your website.”
