Refund - Difficult

When finely sorted call to see when I can get a refund and was told we can deposit 5 pounds into my bill what a slap in the face.

I have been onto them for 4 weeks and spent around 10 hours on chat/calls emails and still not got my full refund for a faulty item i rtd after 2 days and never used any of the "services",they send generic replies saying we have dealt with so now closing complaint ??? and i have to keep stating NO it isnt closed and keep complaining !! The only thing they do quickly is send the 1st bill out within days of item being delivered.

Vodaphone told me I should have self managed my charging on the phone App and would not refund 3 months of the extra 50% charged by DD when I was ill so I changed to another company which is cheaper than vodaphone If you choose vodaphone make a diary note to renew or change contracts 11 months after you start the essential - social tarif contract i did try to renew the contract twice but the depatment for the essentials tariff can not be talked to directly so you have to wait and make sure you pickup to engage a vodaphone callback they will call you twice then cancel the renewal as their complaints proceedure takes many weeks to process the request to resume the lower lower tariff in my case I changed supplier.

Paid in full up until the end of the term/contract then had to pay extra costs of £43 of which I was advised by 3 different operatives, not to worry I would get it refunded, only to receive a further bill of £13.

She has been waiting for a refund of £129 for a phone she bought on 29/8/23 that has never been delivered.

I've been with Vodafone for way too long (14 years) in all that time, not a single issue has ever been fixed or any agreed refund received.

I returned the MIFI device once the router was working again and got refunded for the device itself.
