“I had the Black Friday credit check issue with Carphone Warehouse/Vodafone. I have already written a review about Carphone Warehouse but Vodafone were equally as bad! There systems must be rubbish if they can’t link customer details to be able to link a customer to an existing credit line.
After spending hours on calls to resolve, both companies blame the other. They were both equally as bad as each other but neither party willing to help me.
I am still without a new contract and incredibly annoyed by the amount of time and money I have wasted trying to help them to resolve it!!
