They have me listed as an importer when I am not one, the have a whole page about me on their site as if I am a business and I’m not. I have repeatedly asked that it be taken down but I am ignored. Stay away from this scam of a company.

I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with this investment platform in order to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices. Their security measures are severely lacking and I speak from personal experience. I trusted them with my money, only to have it stolen by them. The sheer incompetence and negligence of this company in safeguarding their clients' funds is outrageous. The customer support is practically non-existent as my attempts to reach out for assistance are met with long wait times, unhelpful responses, or no response at all. However, after thoroughly reviewing our records, we have found no interaction or transaction linked to you and If your claims are genuine, we invite you to share your billing details, registration information, or any proof of your association with our company. Without these details, This leads us to conclude that your review is not only false but also a deliberate attempt to mislead our customers. I regret to say that my experience with Volza has been highly disappointing. We encountered a critical data discrepancy Halfway through our one-year contract, We promptly reported the issue but, despite assurances that they were working on it, there has been no resolution till date, leaving us unable to use their data portal effectively for five months until February 2024. The database's lack of accuracy raised concerns about the reliability of information. What added to the frustration is the lack of transparency regarding a timeline for resolving the issue. Every time we inquired about progress, we were met with vague responses, and no concrete steps have been taken to address the problem. Furthermore, when we requested a refund for the days of service disrupted, Volza refused, citing their reliance on third-party data sources. In conclusion, based on this experience, I Would not recommend Volza to others who rely on timely and reliable data services.
