I bought a BBq grill and for some reason it could not be delivered on time. I reached out to customer service and the team at VonHaus were absolutely wonderful. They took care of the delivery, cancellation, refund and kept me informed on everything during the process. I couldn't test the BBQ grill itself but I am sure it would have been wonderful as well. Highly recommended.

A mistake by me on having the wrong delivery address. VonHaus tried to recover but already with the Carrier but they did recall and then agreed to send a new one to my new address. I know they have to receive the original back from the carrier but it looks like everything is good. Thankyou
