“Customer service is not knowledge I was transferred three times and had to call back.
They do not do exchanges so it’s no use buying and sending gifts from this place unless you are sending to someone who live close to a store.
Only positive is the presentation but the customer service experience ruined the positive.”
“I called customer service in 6/22/24 talked to Karen R and was told my order will go out on 6/24/24. I called today 6/28/24 talked to Ashley and was informed that my item was delivered in 6/12/24 & this item is no longer in stock & that Karen lied 🤥 to me! When I asked to speak to a manager I was denied and told there is nothing they can do! Poor Customer Service! When I called on 6/22/24 possibly that item could have been in stock but instead I was lied to by Karen & then denied to talk to a manager to complain!”
