“I ordered a red, white and blue gingham dress from this UK company in a size 4x after creating an account on their website. I pay for shipping to the US. I receive a rainbow dress in a 3X. They say it is my fault and delete my online account so I can’t prove it. If you want to buy from this company, at least take a screenshot of your order so you will have proof of what you ordered.”
“Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and am yet to receive a dispatch email, ordered lots of things from various other companies and from individuals all arrived within a few days, it's impossible to contact them but they are still posting on their Facebook page everyday and trying to get people to buy their products without fulfilling the orders they already have, terrible customer service AVOID.”
