The armchair I bought her is 4 times cheaper than other shops. Received it on time. Customer service was awesome too, I forgot to apply a 10% discount code from the subscription and got it refunded after 2 days of contacting them.

Disappointing.
Pendant Lampshade is good quality alas it is only for a lamp base as the bracket doesn’t swing up to fit a pendant which is what I wanted. There is no description I could see to describe the bracket.
Customer Service did not respond to my phone calls or email how to send it back so now stuck with it.
