Despite confirming she would bring cleaning supplies, this was not properly handled, and the confirmation details were inconsistent. There was no response to multiple calls, showing a lack of professionalism and responsibility. Prices are overpriced for a service that is not punctual and does not meet agreed standards. Would not recommend.”
