“Bought a car from them a few years ago - I had it checked over by a specialist soon after purchase. All four tyres needed replacing + a rear suspension spring had been broken long before - so there's no way it should've passed its MOT (done by Vroom). Also, the brake pads were put on with a hammer. They also cajoled me into buying a 'Gold' extended warranty for £400, which was totally useless as when it broke down, they claimed wear and tear (I guess they could say that about everything). Granted, Vroom fixed a few things which went wrong with it early on, but no way on earth would I ever buy from them again.”
