“Used as a subcontractor for our new house build, which was meant to be a "premium executive" family home and was priced accordingly.
Although some initial snagging was done, some issues, predominantly to do with plumbing, only started appearing a few years after we bought the home in 2017.
We are not unreasonable and expect wear and tear in any house. However, when we called true professionals in to fix the issues, it showed examples of poor and shoddy original installation with cobbled together parts in many cases. While a lot of this was plumbing, carpentry, decoration and other issues with installation also became apparent. Attempts to ask for help from V Star since then have been ignored.
It seems like the cheapest cowboys around were subcontracted by V Star to keep the costs down on our small development. Be very cautious about using this company for your development.”
