“Very slow to deliver and an item was damaged. I lodged a request via email (frustratingly there's no customer service telephone number!) and was then asked to provide quite a lot of further "evidence" of the issue beyond the photo I shared. I am still awaiting a response to that email over a week later and have no way of chasing since I was informed that sending another email will return me to the back of the queue! Seems to me like a company struggling to deliver on the promise. Finally, the items that arrived in good condition feel much cheaper than the price would lead you to expect. Quite thin and flimsy and certainly no better than a middle of the range high street alternative (T shirts & trousers).”
