Like everyone else here, I can't stand the new black pods. Repeating the message that they gurgle all the time, feel oily and irritate the back of my throat. I had some old clear pods and even compared them. The older clear pods were much smoother.
I sent a complaint to Vuse, they did refund me my purchase but made no mention of looking into the issues.

Terrible product. Consistently getting defective pods from Vuse. Overpriced and their quality is all over the place. Getting any kind of a refund is nightmare with customer service too. Don't buy this garbage, go with their competitors.

Never buy the four packs because 75% of the product comes damaged and over burnt and this happens 9 out of 10 times that you purchase at your local gas stations and of course like any nicotine products they do not provide refund if you walk out of the store and most cashiers are not qualified to give you a refund

THE PODS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A LIGHT TAN ISH COLOR, WHEN I BUY A 4 PACK 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 ONLY ONE IS GOOD, WHEN THEY ARE DARK THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! THE WORST THING ABOUT IT IS THE STORES WONT REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT SO YOU ARE FORCED TO BUY MULTIPULE PACKS.

Purchased a vuse disposable pen, worst item ever and not the advertised 500 puffs more 200.
Taste is week and customer service who expect you to jump through hoops to get a refund.
Surely they must be aware of how bad a product they are selling.
Advertising watchdog should become involved with regards to false advertising this inferior product.

I have bought several golden tobacco vuse pods… and I would say 95% of the time they are all dark in color! I have spent so much money and no one helps to get a refund, this is just like getting bread that has mold. It has been extremely frustrating! I have no idea who to talk to, I have tried other e cigarettes but none that I like more than the golden tobacco..
