You can't return bad product ( which is very frequent) and even their "customer service center" is untruthful.

Terrible product. Consistently getting defective pods from Vuse. Overpriced and their quality is all over the place. Getting any kind of a refund is nightmare with customer service too. Don't buy this garbage, go with their competitors.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought at a convenience store away from home and it never worked. Contacted customer service and they gave me instructions for sending in copy of receipt and photos, with the understanding that i would be sent some type of coupon to get a replacement. They never sent anything so I contacted them again and resent the requested info. Once aagin, they never sent me anything.

Customer service don’t do anything! Send coupons and it’s buy 1 get 1, which is stupid!! I will be switching to something else because this has been going on way too long.

Purchased a vuse disposable pen, worst item ever and not the advertised 500 puffs more 200. Taste is week and customer service who expect you to jump through hoops to get a refund. Surely they must be aware of how bad a product they are selling. Advertising watchdog should become involved with regards to false advertising this inferior product.

Absolutely horrible customer service and if its possible an even worse carrier to deliver their product.

Their delivery is horrible. They take your money immediately but waiting over three weeks, still not delivered. The same status on the "tracking number" for over a week. Customer service, no help. Lately, 50% of the pods leak. They have leaked in the packaging and received pods that are darker than others. I will have to find another product. They use to be great. Sad.
