“They make excuses for everything and try to charge you what EU law strictly prohibits (Directive 2011/83/EU). They insult your intelligence with absurd excuses until you prove you know the law and that they're about to face a formal complaint. If you're thinking of buying here, know that they only respect customers when backed into a corner. Watch out!”

“Purtroppo il mio pacco non si trova. Guardando il progressivo della mail inviata da DHL pare siano passati lunedì 21 non hanno trovato nessuno e a loro dire hanno lasciato un avviso ma non è cosi”

“К сожалению, мой опыт взаимодействия с компанией оказался негативным. Я оформляла заказ, но получить его так и не удалось: было предпринято две попытки доставки, но каждый раз заказ возвращался обратно отправителю. Причины так и остались для меня неясными. Из плюсов хочу отметить работу службы поддержки: сотрудники всегда были на связи и отвечали очень оперативно. Жаль, что профессионализм команды не помог решить проблему с логистикой.”

“Very bad! My order never arrive. After waiting for a long time I contact the company and they told me that order returned to them and that I would get a refund. No justification whatsoever. My address is correct. The order never even left Germany. Also my money has not returned yet. Very bad.”
