“For any service or tool there is one factor other than it's quality and pricing is their customer support. I am satisfied by it's quality and prices but it's customer support is the one thing that makes it outstanding. “Wachat has been improving since we signed up a long time ago. The new console was a bit confusing at the start, but we have now gotten used to it. We are happy with the platform but the sales team is pretty pushy. There are places where Wachat can improve like documentation, additional features on the console and a leave us alone sales team.”
