“Awful. It's one of the worst products and support I've had. The item I purchased (arms for my chair) arrived damaged and appeared to have been used previously, as the box was stapled shut. I contacted support to return and they not only didn't send the collection company to the right address, they wanted to charge me for that.
Not only did you send me a damaged product, but I was also being charged for a collection that never occurred. Awful!”

Our team takes the utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products, and this incident is certainly not reflective of our standards, we have been in touch with our supplier and courier company to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Additionally, we apologise for the issues with collecting the goods, as the first collection attempt was refused we kindly asked for the second collection to be paid for, as this is a cost we incur by the courier, as the second collection was unsuccessful it is unfair for you to pay this fee. We have waived this fee and a full refund has been processed.
