“Product is great and comfy. I do wish, for such an expensive and luxurious product, that there was more of an experience when opening the box. Instead of just the shipping box with no packaging/literature, especially when it is a gift. There was no experience when opening and I was a little disappointed but the product itself is lovely.”
“good quality, but was only comfortable using in the kneeling position and having the cushion sitting on its side (which it doesn't really feel like it is designed for, I have to shape the cushion in a very specific way before I sit on it). Sitting on the cushion flat with my legs crossed would always put my legs to sleep :(”
