“This Company has taken my order and cannot deliver the product. They have not provided any information about when the product will be available (they clearly do not know) and they are not responding to my direct request for a refund. Imagine they have taken 1000 orders. (Quite likely) That’s 350,000.00 dollars. This is not how the system works. Their product is not real and they are holding my funds and probably the funds of a great deal of other people and growing their business from those funds. How is this NOT fraud? Walden has broken the contract I made with them as they have not met the terms, ie I pay them money and in turn I receive a product. I am really tired of communicating with them, I am tired of their stonewalling and lack of response and I don’t want to hear any more about their stupid project with Feit on The Bowery. Ugh. Call your parents and ask them to figure this out for you, you’re in over your heads. Namaste away from Walden from now on.”
