“Hi all, I sold my house (FHA loan, purchased in 2016) to purchase a new one early this year. While my credit score was not decent (600-610 across the board, mortgage scores also 600 across the board), I have a crappy missed payment history on my previous mortgage (not gonna get into the details lol).
