“17 days after I ordered my first pair of glasses they still aren’t here- certainly beyond the 5-10 days I was told when I ordered them! Yikes. Not a great first impression, Finally arrived on the 22nd, glasses were ordered on the 4th!”

“is quite disappointing. Got different shipping info in store where I ordered. Again, different through the website! Lo and behold- different answer again through customer service chat! WHAT A MESS!!! #neveragain”
