“Excellent friendly service, fully transparent pricing. Our underfloor heating needed an annual service ahead of winter. Called WarmFloors and within just a few days, Russel had completed the work. No mess, no fuss! Very reliable and prompt service and excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to use this company again!”

“Excellent service from Russel and WarmFloors. We had multiple problems with our underfloor heating that had confused several other heating companies. Russel was able to fix both issues quickly and efficiently despite the complexity of the system, and it's clear that he knows his stuff. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you've got difficult problems that others have struggled with.”

“I have used Warmfloors twice now and have to say I have found them to be nothing short of exceptional. The first job was a full re installation and upgrade to my current underfloor heating system that kept going offline. The old system was not installed correctly and Russell spotted the issues straight away. I was extremely impressed at how knowledgable Russell was and his attention to detail. This was a very large job to refit four Worcester Boilers and all pipe work, 5 New Banks of Manifolds, all new pipe work in plantroom, fitted correct pumps. The second job they did was a new installation to a new extension. Again another brilliant job. Russell has also replaced all thermostats to connect to phone app so can control heating for each room via phone. I have to genuinely say that they have done a remarkable job and so pleased with how well the heating now works. I was really grateful also on the aftercare, when passing Russell has come over to make sure all individual manifolds are running efficiently and he is always at the end of the phone. I would recommend this company as in my experience the standard of work, knowledge and customer service has been second to none. I am having a further large extension done and will be definitely using Warmfloors again! Very honest and genuine people to deal with. Thank you.”

“I can’t tell you if these people know anything about plumbing but they have no idea about customer service. To begin with they send you a price list even before ask you what you need; then refuse your work using a really patronising tone and finally they refuse to give you any explanation. For £500 you deserve a bit more. You never get to speak to Russell - he is too busy to care about prospective clients. You deal with two secretaries, one who doesn’t have a clue what’s going on and the arrogant/patronising one.”

Dear Gina Firstly im sorry you feel this way about your experience with WarmFloors. You details and photos where passed over to me to take a look at – its myself that decides which systems we accept for service or reject. We have very good reasons for rejection – but we are not entitled to disclose them to the enquirer – same as a shop has the right to refuse a £50 pound note. Your system is too risky for us to accept due to the distance, age and manufacturer. Its not personal to you, we also reject Wundafloor and velta systems for similar reasons. Based on past experience we have been out to “invisible heating systems” and not been able to make much improvement and therefore we took the decision not to accept those systems again in the future rather than charge customers for under pa service. Im the only person in this small company that carries out this side of the work, and therefore im not always available and due to the high volume of enquiries I cant call back each customer. This is the reason we have set up the process we have which is a fixed fee based on your postcode location from our depot at BD4 7NE and the email instructions. We have been out to that many underfloor heating systems that we can now see from few photos if we can help. Its worth noting we have just saved you over £500 from a visit which may not of resulted in any improvement – you cant get more honest than that. Following feedback from other happy customers they liked the way this is priced, it protects you and us at the same time. It also prevents us turning up at your property and inflating the price based on your house. Many of jobs are in high net worth property’s. Once again we are sorry and its nothing personal – purely a business decision. Regards Russel.

“I found that Warmfloors was the only site that seemed to provide the service I was looking for. My existing system was a disaster and Russel had to rewire, change room stats and change several other things. I now have a warm house for the first time. He is efficient and charming but my only regret is that he doesn’t live nearer!”
