“Lovely excellent quality fabric. Fabulous tasteful designs. Arrived very quickly. The only sample that my upholsterer was happy to use on antique chairs. Such good quality at an affordable price”

“Delivery etc was ok but the paper was a poor quality - despite being for a bathroom was easily marked even when hanging. The grey part of the wallpaper marked with a gentle rub of a cloth - I’m afraid I wouldn’t use again.”

“I ordered a wallpaper sample of Pavone in two different colour ways. The samples were a good size; the length, width, pattern repeat details of the paper were attached and my decorators said it was excellent quality and easy to hang. I ordered the wallpaper, only two rolls required, which arrived in a couple of days. Delighted with the result. Similar set up to photos on the Warner website, but as the loo and vanity are white, I had the tongue and groove painted in a pink beige silk finish.”

“Our jaipur midnight curtains are absolutely beautiful and perfectly made. My only problem was that the service was SO impersonal. It was a huge leap of faith to order them online pay £2000 and hope for the best. I would love to be able to directly thank whoever did such beautiful work and I do hope they were well rewarded”

“Bedroom lobby required a little bit of theatre. It is a small space so using a large pattern created the necessary impact to add that important flourish. It is now warm and inviting.”

“Can't review Warner House itself, just can review the fabric we've ordered. It is great and fulfills all our expectations. The only thing, that isn't great is delivery by Ups. These guys took 15 days to deliver form Warner House to Cologne/Germany. That's way more Than we had expected.”

“Samples were ordered and arrived quickly - wallpaper was ordered and again arrived quickly, so far so impressed with Warner House. Unfortunately this is where things begin to go downhill - I was surprised to find on opening the box that the (10) rolls of paper were not wrapped in any way nor were they packed tightly, as a result 3 of the rolls were dented at the edge. I'm all for saving the planet but can't help feeling that when you pay well over £1000 for wallpaper you are entitled to expect it to arrive in good condition. I called customer services who seem to be on a go slow and apparently they have sent the photos I supplied to the manufacturer to comment - as yet I have heard nothing. As it happens my decorator was able to loose the crumpled edges in the corners of the room and so has finished the job but it could easily have been a huge and costly hold up. All in all a disappointing experience and I would certainly think twice about using Warner House again.”

“I ordered paper, told when to expect it. Wasted 2 days of work and 500 pounds in decorator fees still waiting for it to arrive. The Customer service team couldn’t do anything because ita outsourced. Turns out DX Express had been trying to deliver to the wrong house. For the last 3 attempts. No recourse no ability to contact either. Very Poor”

“The cushions are brilliant How. Could anyone not see them and smile? But even better than the cushions is the impressive way the appalling delivery company was sorted out. Three days in bag and going nowhere. Enter your team and bang....instant delivery. Well done for products and team”
