Warners believe that as they gave us a full refund we are not entitled to any kind of compensation for the loss of holiday, distress through the process of trying to get something sorted, fuel for a wasted journey there and back.

As this is now unavailable I have contacted Warners to try to arrange either a refund, so we can book again later in the year when the facilities are available, or a move to a different location (Sinah Warren where we previously stayed), or to delay our trip to September.

Rubbish booking service. I booked in January and paid a supplement to choose a specific lodge/chalet. Two weeks before departure I am told I can’t have my chosen accommodation and I will be moved - no choice, take it or leave it. I have taken a full refund and will never use Warner again
