The new totally self service at Gunton Hall is no good for anyone who has to use walking aids. It’s impossible to carry hot drinks, soups etc. and no staff able to help anymore. Warners need to make it clear when booking that these sites are not suitable for those unable to carry thier own food and drinks very disappointing

Just got back from littlecote,standards definitely gone down, can't believe they don't service room first day to me that is part of my holiday.

I don't think the idea of no bar service works we seem wait for a long time when the bar was clear and would have had our drinks far quicker going to the bar ourselves.

Enjoyable break service good Irra our waiter fantastic I am disabled and he looked after me exceptionally thank you and Linda one of the breakfast waitress assisted me thankyou Food good and plentiful could have been a tad warmer complex very clean accessible for mobility scooters inside and out flowers etc beautiful despite the weather Standard chalet small would have been nice to have 2comfy chairs outside table and chairs rusty Complex requires some updating having been several Warner hotels and first visit to Lakeside All staff very helpful at all times entertainment very good thnks

We know your turnover for staff may effect the service but if you want returning customers then think again your main management.

Food and plates were cold by the time they reached the table regardless of whether it was self service or by waiter.

As usual the rooms were beautifully kept but we were faced with exactly the same menus as we had at Bembridge but, whereas the restaurant service there was satisfactory, it was appalling at Thoresby Hall.
