“ The new totally self service at Gunton Hall is no good for anyone who has to use walking aids. It’s impossible to carry hot drinks, soups etc. and no staff able to help anymore. Warners need to make it clear when booking that these sites are not suitable for those unable to carry thier own food and drinks very disappointing ”
