Then Reception put us in touch with Emily to see our chosen car and we took it for a test drive. We decided it was the car for us, Emily was very friendly and professional without being pushy at all. Kia took our used car as part exchange and Emily closed the deal very easily. This is the 2nd used car we've purchased from Kia and we couldn't have wished for a better buying experience.”

“I will start this review by saying that Startin Kia Warwick is by far the best Dealership that I have ever been to. I am in my late sixties, so I have been to quite a few. From the Manager (who is excellent) to the salespeople and the receptionists, everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
The young lady who dealt with our car purchase ( Emily) was absolutely brilliant. She was very friendly and very professional. She went through every point and feature of the car in detail. She also kept us up to date with where our car was in the building and the delivery process regularly.
When we picked up the car, Emily had all the paperwork there for us to sign. A really nice touch was when the Manager came to see us before we left, to thank us and have a chat, something that I have never had before at any dealership.
Emily then sat in the car with us to show us how to work everything in the car infotainment menu, and on the steering wheel, and then we were on our way in our fully charged car. An absolutely excellent experience from beginning to end. Thank you.”

“Traded in my diesel sportage for a petrol sportage. Diesel was not suitable for my driving pattern, I did not do enough motorway driving so regeneration was a bit of a problem. Loved the car though.
Saw Sebastian and looked at part exchange. Sebastian could not have been more helpful. Found me a petrol sportage with a slightly higher spec than the diesel (and that was a good spec).
His knowledge is great, not only about the car but also completing all the paperwork, getting everything completed in a couple of days.
Even had a follow up email two days later making sure everything was okay and if I needed assistance sorting out some of the features he would help.
