“Traded in my diesel sportage for a petrol sportage. Diesel was not suitable for my driving pattern, I did not do enough motorway driving so regeneration was a bit of a problem. Loved the car though.
Saw Sebastian and looked at part exchange. Sebastian could not have been more helpful. Found me a petrol sportage with a slightly higher spec than the diesel (and that was a good spec).
His knowledge is great, not only about the car but also completing all the paperwork, getting everything completed in a couple of days.
Even had a follow up email two days later making sure everything was okay and if I needed assistance sorting out some of the features he would help.

“I am disabled and a friend took me to the KIA dealership as part of a tour of different local car dealerships to consider replacing my motability car at the end of its contract. I had a very friendly greeting from a female receptionist as soon as I entered. Sebastion then took over and showed me what was available in the car that interested me. I have bought many cars over my years and it said a lot for Sebastion and the dealership that I was treated with respect for my experience and knowledge when choosing a car. This does not happen at all dealerships. I then went to two other dealerships but decided that I would have the KIA and returned to order it. Sebastion looked after all of the paperwork and all went smoothly. Sadly he was ill on handover day and Josh saw to it that I was happy with everything, explaining all of the necessary things for me to drive the car. Their manager also came out to chat to me.
